rain and jewelry

I feel that I should be posting more about what's going on over here in my little corner of the world and not just blogging fun stuff, but there's really isn't a lot going on. Adam is working hard and almost done the semsester. His final exams are next week and then we have a week off before he starts his third year.

Our week off is going to be jammed packed of non-school things. It will be great. Adam and are going to a concert in Seattle to see Adam's favourtie band, Dream Theater. Then the next day we will be driving home to Canada to visit my parents. It will be a short trip, but I'm so looking forward to it. I miss Canada. I hope Lizzy travels ok though. At least we will have the portable DVD player to keep her distracted.

We were teased last week with a beautiful day of 27 celsius (80 for all the americans). But sadly it only lasted a day and it has been raining (and occasionally snowing and hailing) since then. If it's not going to be nice for a while, then the weather shouldn't tease me like that... really! We were out playing soccer and having a blast in the warm weather then.... just kidding! It's going to keep raining and raining and raining and hailing and raining. I hope I see some blue sky soon.
