So recently Lizzy has been having some trouble with pooping on the potty. She goes pee really well, but she decided that pooping is scary or something. We tried everything to persuade her to go "number 2" and finally ended up bribing her with a toy and cake. So, Lizzy and I went to the store to pick out her very first Barbie doll. She picked the Cinderella Barbie with the beautiful dress. We brought it home and put it on display, trying to encourage her to poop. We told her that when she poops on the potty she could have her Barbie. She really seemed to like the idea, but the execution was difficult, to say the least.
So a few weeks ago, she finally went poop on the potty by herself. I was ecstatic! We had a Potty Party with cake and icecream and she got to finally open her Cinderella doll.
That was quite an accomplishment!
She's still having trouble, but at least the worst part is over (I hope!).

haha, what have our lives come too hey?? potty parties. i love it! i'll have to remember that when i gt to that phase! congrats lizzy!!
