Kathy created her own version of Mad Gab using baby phrases for the shower. She couldn't find any on the internet, so she made them up herself! It was great and so funny!
I got to sit in the comfy chair all night. Awesome!
Quite a few ladies showed up and I am so grateful for the many good friends that I have made in Forest Grove! Thanks ladies for the cute gifts and all the support! I am starting to get pretty emotional when I think about leaving. I only have just over a week left before I leave to return to Canada to have the baby and then we go on rotations for school. I won't be back in Oregon for 9 or 10 months and I'm sad to leave all my friends and the great ward here in Forest Grove.

What a fun party! I totally know what you mean about missing the fabulous ward in FG! It made me teary, just reading about how you're feeling! Luckily, there are awesome people everywhere... and even better, you're one of them!

I really miss Forest Grove, it is hard to move away from such wonderful people. I'm so glad to have met you and so many others while living there. The good news is, there are lots of good people everywhere, and we get the amazing opportunity to meet so many of them while we move around. Thanks for being one of those people in my life.
I am so MAD at myself for missing the shower, I totally spaced it. I'm glad you had a good time. I sure could've used a girls' night and leaving Kevin to fend for the girls and himself! Hope you got lots of great boy stuff.

I'm so glad that you enjoyed it! I've never had a babyshower but it was worth the effort, that's for sure! I still need to finish your present. I can't believe it's so close. I'm really excited for you two and I think Lizzy is going to have fun being a big sister.
